We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Here's exactly what it costs to hire LATAM talent through Remote Talent LATAM.
Per-Hire Placement Fee
One-time fee: $3,00 per successful hire
What you get:
- Complete recruitment process (sourcing, vetting, screening)
- 3-5 finalist candidate packages with video intros, CVs, and assessments
- Interview coordination and scheduling support
- Offer letter preparation and employment agreement
- Onboarding support and 30/60/90-day check-ins
- 90-day replacement guarantee (if the hire doesn't work out, we restart the search at no additional cost)
How payment works:
- You only pay when you hire. If you don't hire any of our candidates, you pay nothing.
- Pay via invoice (credit card or ACH)
- You handle payroll directly through your preferred provider (Deel, Remote, Rippling, or direct deposit)
